I literally can’t say enough about this team. A friend of mine recommended Mike to me when I was looking to sell my home. I I totally reached out to have Mike and Kendayle out to give me a cash estimate. I wanted to sell the house quick and not have to worry about and construction, showings, and things like that. Mike came out to look at the house and loved it. He gave me all my options but said he really didn’t feel right doing a cash offer and said he believed I could get much more out of the house doing a few minor fixes and putting the house on the market. So I decided to put it on the market. Throughout the whole process they have been so helpful. Went above and beyond to help me. From coming over and helping me do multiple dump runs, mowing my lawn after my foot surgery, and recommending me to good businesses to help with getting the house ready.
